目的了解忻州市儿童碘营养状况,评价干预措施落实情况及防治效果。方法按照《山西省碘缺乏病监测方案》和《山西省碘缺乏病防治项目实施方案》抽样方法进行采样,盐碘检测采用直接滴定法,尿碘检测采用砷-铈催化分光光度法。结果①尿碘:共检测8~10岁儿童尿样1 098份,尿碘中位数为184.76μg/L,样本碘浓度范围值18.55~960.73μg/L;8~10岁儿童尿碘中位数分别为190.16、180.58、184.86μg/L。②盐碘:共检测居民盐4 044份,居民食用碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、居民合格碘盐食用率分别为99.46%、99.38%、98.84%,非碘盐率0.54%,盐碘中位数32.7 mg/kg。结论忻州市8~10岁儿童碘营养水平达到适宜标准,居民碘盐覆盖率、居民合格碘盐食用率均达到了国家消除碘缺乏病目标的标准;应持续建立健全消除碘缺乏病工作机制,不断提高防治成效。
Objective To understand the status of iodine nutrition in children in Xinzhou city and to evaluate the implementation of the intervention measures and the control effect. Methods Samples were collected according to the “Monitoring Scheme of Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Shanxi Province” and the “Implementation Plan of Iodine Deficiency Disorders Prevention and Treatment Project in Shanxi Province”. Direct iodometry was used to detect iodine and iodine, and arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry was used to detect urinary iodine. Conclusion The iodine nutrition level of children aged 8 ~ 10 in Xinzhou reached the appropriate standard. The coverage rate of iodized salt and the qualified rate of iodized salt of residents reached the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disease. The work mechanism of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders should be continuously established and perfected, Constantly improve the effectiveness of prevention and treatment.
