Schneider Electric, the world’s energy efficiency management expert, once again won the honorary title of “China’s Best Customer Care Center” in 2011. This is the first time that Schneider Electric won this award for the third consecutive year. In 2009 and 2010, Schneider Electric China Customer Care Center respectively won the honorary title of “Best Customer Management Team” and “Best After-Sales Service” in China.
