用腎上腺皮质激素(下簡称激素)作为对慢性肝炎和門脉性肝硬变的治疗,文献上曾有很多报告。大部分学者肯定其有一定效果;如Cattan、Vesin、(1957)观察对肝硬变患者可使其中一部分腹水消失,临床症状进步。Wildhier治疗之28例肝硬变結果18例在临床症状及肝功能上均有不同程度的改善。Lichtmen且認为应用后可使部分肝硬变病人肝脏縮小,表面变平。其他一些文章及教科书中亦有类似
With adrenal cortex hormone (hereinafter referred to as hormone) as a treatment of chronic hepatitis and portal cirrhosis, there have been many reports in the literature. Most scholars confirm that it has some effect; such as Cattan, Vesin, (1957) observed in patients with cirrhosis can make some of the ascites disappeared, clinical symptoms improved. 28 cases of Wildhier treatment of cirrhosis results in 18 cases of clinical symptoms and liver function have varying degrees of improvement.
