本文报道了中国仓鼠肺细胞(CHL)染色体畸变相应用Bt DR标记的姐妹染色单体互换(SCE),检测医用硅橡胶致突变作用。硅橡胶Eagle浸出液,剂量为400mg/ml、200mg/ml和100mg/ml;硅橡胶生理盐水浸出液,剂量为60mg/ml、40mg/ml及长×宽×厚为2.5cm×3cm×0.05cm共2块硅橡胶置于CHL细胞培养液内。结果表明,细胞与检测物接触时间,不论24h或48h,除400mg/ml组的染色体畸变为可疑阳性结果,畸变类型以断裂为主外,其它剂量组均为阴性结果。SCE法检测结果表明,除400mg/ml Eagle浸出液与正常对照的26h平均值为4.36±1.92;48h平均值为7.10±2.28相比较,有比较显著性差异(P<0.05)外,其它剂量组均为无统计学意义(P<0.05)。
