目的:观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿手足口病175例的临床疗效。方法:将175例手足口病患儿随机分成两组,治疗组94例口服蒲地蓝消炎口服液;对照组81例口服利巴韦林颗粒。结果:两组疗效比较,治疗组显效率、总有效率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组皮疹、消退时间、临床痊愈时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:蒲地兰消炎口服液治疗手足口病疗效显著,能缩短疗程,未见明显不良反应。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Po Di Lan Xiao Yan oral liquid in the treatment of 175 children with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods: A total of 175 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups. 94 cases in the treatment group were treated with Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid. In the control group, 81 cases were given ribavirin granules. Results: The curative effect and total effective rate of the two groups were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups in rash, extinction time and clinical recovery time (P < P <0.01). Conclusion: Po Di Lan anti-inflammatory oral liquid treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease significant effect, can shorten the course of treatment, no significant adverse reactions.
