从促进网络发表科技论文发展角度出发,定性和定量方法相结合,通过分析网络发表科技论文及其所附载体特征,构建网络发表科技论文学术影响力的评价指标体系。综合运用专家估测法、层次分析法和综合指数法进行评价分析,利用MATLAB和SPSS软件处理所采集的数据,通过应用研究来验证体系构建的可行性,使构建的网络发表科技论文学术影响力评价体系客观而科学。
