目前国外控制元件已向高压、大流量、低噪声、长寿命方向发展,它的趋势大体上是集成化、芯子化、小型化、多功能的复合阀。嵌入式锥阀(以下简称“锥阀”)就具有上述各种特点。西德、Rexroth公司,Bosch公司、美国DENISON公司、日本不二越公司等均已成批生产,广泛应用于钢铁机械、注塑机、精密压铸机、锻压设备、铸造机械等领域中。从我国引进的液压机(二汽和常州叶片厂)、耐火砖压机(上海第二耐火材料厂)、重型液压机(三明重机厂)均可看到。国内亦由济南铸锻研究所于76年开始研制,并应用于YA27-500液压机及300吨四柱万能液压机、20×4000毫米剪板机等设备上。我厂亦已完成试制工作。本文着重介绍逻辑阀的结构、原理及应用方面问题。
At present, foreign control components have been to the high pressure, high flow, low noise, long life direction, its trend is generally integrated, core, small, multi-function valve. Embedded cone valve (hereinafter referred to as “cone valve”) has the above characteristics. West Germany, Rexroth, Bosch, DENISON, Japan and Japan Fujio have been mass production, widely used in steel machinery, injection molding machines, precision die-casting machine, forging equipment, casting machinery and other fields. From our introduction of the hydraulic machine (steam and Changzhou blade factory), refractory press (Shanghai Second Refractory Factory), heavy hydraulic machine (Sanming Heavy Machine Factory) can be seen. Domestic research and development by the Jinan Casting and Forging started in 76 years and applied to YA27-500 hydraulic press and 300 tons four-cylinder universal hydraulic press, 20 × 4000 mm shears and other equipment. I plant has also completed trial production. This article focuses on the logic valve structure, principles and application aspects.
