随着经济水平的日益发展,人们生活水平有了翻天覆地的变化。工程项目也越来越多,在实施工程的过程中难免会遇到这样那样的问题,公路工程项目也越来越受到国家的重视,所以,公路工程也遇到了前所未有的竞争与挑战。在接受市场挑战的时候就不能只依照国家指令来完成了。本文就针对我国公路工程施工企业的人力资源管理状况进行分析与讨论
With the increasing economic development, people’s living standards have undergone tremendous changes. More and more engineering projects, and inevitably encountered such problems in the process of implementing the project. As a result, more and more highway projects are paid more attention by the state. Therefore, highway engineering also encounters unprecedented competition and challenges. In the face of market challenges can not be completed only in accordance with national directives. This article analyzes and discusses the human resources management of highway construction enterprises in China
