本文简介深冲薄板的双向拉伸试验,它能提供在双向应力条件下板材的应力应变曲线,成形极限图以及极限压延系数等参数,这些参数对评定深冲薄板成形性能具有十分接近实际冲压的意义。作者用15CrMnMoVA低合金结构钢板在BHB型板料双向拉伸试验机上测定了它的成形极限图。
In this paper, the biaxial tensile test of deep drawing thin plate is introduced. It can provide the stress and strain curves, the forming limit figure and the ultimate rolling coefficient under the condition of bidirectional stress. These parameters are very close to the actual punching significance. The authors used 15CrMnMoVA low alloy structural steel plate in the BHB sheet biaxial tensile testing machine for its forming limit map.
