消失模铸造是八十年代研究成功的一种新型铸造工艺,是将铸件尺寸形状相似的泡沫模型粘合在一起,刷涂耐火涂料并烘干,埋于干砂中振动造型,在负压下浇注成型,冷却后形成铸件的新型铸造工艺。消失模工艺在UG等三维软件的配合设计下,可以提高模具精度,实现复杂零件的精确成型,得到铸件尺寸精确、表面质量高,从而实现清洁环保生产。
