血栓弹力图(thromboelastorgram,TEG)在诊断和治疗凝血机能异常中具有重要意义,越来越多的科室已经接受并使用血栓弹力图结果~([1-4])。考虑到成本昂贵和运输周期长的进口产品以及国内高质量产品不断增多等原因,本研究比对国产与进口血栓弹力图仪检测同一血样的结果,以及使用国产试剂和进口试剂分别用于国产弹力图仪与进口弹力图仪,比较同一份血样的两种试剂与两种机器相互交叉使用
