20世纪80年代我国开始实施综合课程以来,随着课改的深入,综合课程实施呈现许多问题,其中最为关键的是师资问题,而当务之急是对在职教师能力的培养和训练。采用反思型培养模式下的校本培训、教师技能和素养的自我发展、构建教师学习共同体和不断完善师资培训课程体系,强化活动课程设计等措施能够有效地促进综合课程在职教师的能力养成。
Since the beginning of the comprehensive curriculum in China in the 1980s, with the deepening of the curriculum reform, many problems have emerged in the implementation of the integrated curriculum. Among them, the most crucial one is the issue of teacher education. The top priority is to train and train the serving teachers’ abilities. The adoption of school-based training in reflexive training mode, the self-development of teachers ’skills and literacy, the establishment of teacher learning community and the continuous improvement of the teacher training curriculum system and the enhancement of curriculum design for activities can effectively promote the development of the in-service teachers’ comprehensive ability.
