任教20余载,我便与小学数学教学结下了不解之缘,所任教班级的教学成绩也一直名列前茅,然而,新课改以来,教学成绩却明显有了下滑的趋势。思来想去,个人认为学生的思维能力有待提高,思维方式需要转变。同时,发展学生的思维能力是小学数学的重要任务之一。当前,越来越多的教师更加重视学生学习的思维过程。但从农村学校来看,学生的思维仍不够充分。下面就如何培养农村学生的思维能力来谈一谈本人的粗浅看法。
After teaching for more than 20 years, I was indissoluble bound with primary school mathematics teaching. The teaching achievements of the classes taught have always been among the best. However, since the new curriculum reform, the teaching achievements have obviously declined. Thought to go, personally think that students need to improve thinking skills, ways of thinking need to change. At the same time, the development of students’ thinking ability is one of the important tasks in elementary mathematics. At present, more and more teachers pay more attention to students’ learning thinking process. However, from rural schools, students’ thinking is still not sufficient. Here’s how to cultivate the thinking ability of rural students to talk about my superficial view.
