1980年昆明会议上,一些同志提出了有关如何在移动通信中传输数据的问题。1981年作者参加了 CCIR 第8组的会议,专门听取了8A5组讨论的“移动通信中的数传”,结合个人见解,对此问题作些阐述。
At the Kunming meeting in 1980, some comrades raised the question of how to transmit data in mobile communications. In 1981, the author participated in the meeting of Group 8 of CCIR and listened to the “Data in Mobile Communication” discussed in group 8A5 and combined with personal opinions to elaborate on this issue.
