惯性载荷的大小对内燃机连杆强度分析具有重要的意义。传统的双质量代换系统的惯性力计算方法存在比较大的近似性。本文介绍了一种对连杆的惯性载荷及应力动态进行模拟和测试的装置与方法,并对铃木A100摩托车发动机连杆的实测数据进行了对比分析。
The magnitude of inertial load is of great significance for the analysis of connecting rod strength of internal combustion engine. The traditional method of calculating the inertial force of double mass substitution system has a relatively large approximation. In this paper, a device and method for simulating and testing the inertia load and stress dynamics of the connecting rod are introduced. The measured data of Suzuki A100 motorcycle engine connecting rod are compared and analyzed.
