由韩福才同志主编、哈尔滨工业大学出版社出版的《社会主义经济理论研究》是一部颇有新意的书。在社会主义经济理论研究中,该书理论联系实际,系统地阐述了社会主义经济理论诸多范畴,比较全面地介绍了马克思、恩格斯、列宁、斯大林、毛泽东的社会主义经济理论,特别是重点介绍了十一届三中全会以来党中央和邓小平同志对社会主义理论的发展。从社会主义初级阶段的理论、社会主义初级阶段的所有制结构、社会主义初级阶段的经济结构和分配结构等方面,对有中国特色的社会主义经济理论进行了有益的、立论严谨的探索和尝试,细读之后,受益匪浅。该书还用大量篇幅论述了社会主义建设中的经济规律,有的放矢地指出,社会主义建设必须严格按经济规律办事,针对现实中存在的种种模糊认识,详细论述了社会主义建设中,之所以必须严格按经济规律办事,主要不是因为经济规律具有客观性,而是受其发挥作用的形式所制约。资本主义社会经济规律具有客观性,但由于资本主义社会是私有制社会,经济规律只能
