“以人为本,健康第一”是当前体育教育的总体思路,然而在实践教学环节,体育课更为注重技术的传授而忽略健康知识。因此,学生内在动机没有得到真正的激发,仅仅为获得学分而完成体育课程,这无疑降低了体育教学真正的目的。本文通过调查学生体育锻炼行为现状,了解影响大学生体育锻炼行为的因素,然后围绕身体健康问题进行针对性的教育,以此来激发学生为促进健康从事体育锻炼行为的动机,从而形成积极的体育锻炼意识,真正达到以教师为主导,学生为主体的双边体育教学关系,最终提高学生健康,改善体质,提高体育教学效果。
“People-oriented, health first” is the current general idea of physical education, however, in practice teaching, physical education is more emphasis on technology and neglect of health knowledge. Therefore, the intrinsic motivation of students did not get a real stimulus, just to obtain credit and complete physical education course, which undoubtedly reduces the real purpose of physical education. This paper investigates the status quo of students’ physical exercise behavior, understand the factors that affect the physical activity of college students, and then focus on physical health issues targeted education, in order to motivate students to promote healthy physical activity, so as to form a positive physical exercise Consciousness, truly teacher-led, students as the mainstay of the bilateral physical education relationship, and ultimately improve student health, improve physical fitness and improve the effectiveness of physical education.
