急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）是临床各科较常见的危重疾病之一，若诊治不当，病死率很高。为积极防治不同病因所致ARF，提高生存率，现将我院近2年来应用血液透析技术（简称血透），治疗的28例ARF分析如下：资料和方法本组28例中，男20例，女8例。年龄25～72岁。原发病因：肾病综合征
Acute renal failure (ARF) is one of the more common and critical diseases in clinical departments. If the diagnosis and treatment are not properly made, the case fatality rate is very high. In order to actively prevent and treat ARF caused by different etiology and improve the survival rate, the application of hemodialysis technology (referred to as hemodialysis) in our hospital for nearly 2 years is as follows: Analysis of ARF in 28 cases: Materials and Methods The group of 28 patients, 20 males , 8 females.
