随着新课改的进一步深化与教育事业的全面快速发展,学生的素质教育在受重视程度方面已经与文化教育不相上下。如今初中班主任的管理工作为了顺应这种新的变化,也从本质上发生了改变。不再是过去简单的管理好学生,而是要在管理好纪律的同时,如何提高学生的全面综合素质。为了打造一支高素质的初中班主任队伍,本文就初中班主任管理工作中出现的一些问题进行了探究,并且商讨出了一些能够切实可行的解决方案,以供参考。
With the further deepening of the new curriculum reform and the rapid and comprehensive development of education, the quality education of students has been compared with the education of culture in the degree of emphasis. Nowadays, the management work of the junior middle school teacher has essentially changed in response to this new change. It is no longer the simple management of students in the past, but how to improve the comprehensive and comprehensive quality of students while managing the discipline. In order to build a team of high-quality junior high school teachers, this paper explores some problems that arise in the management of junior middle school teachers and discusses some feasible solutions for reference.
