陈昭妃博士在美国杨百翰大学取得“微生物学硕士学位”后,继续于该校进行免疫学研究,并于1988年取得博士学位。此后五年,昭妃博士在该校教授“免疫学”和“研究技巧”等课程,同时对人体免疫系统和癌症进行深入研究。在探索过程中,她深感由营养调理来促进身体健康和预防疾病,远比当身体不适时再去寻求治疗来得重要。以这个理念做引导,昭妃博士融合她对免疫学和营养学的深入研究,同时撷取了中华民族在运用草本植物上累积逾千年的宝贵知识,因而创造出“营养免疫学”这门令医学界耳目一新的科学。
After receiving her Master’s Degree in Microbiology from Brigham Young University, Dr. Chan continued her immunology studies at the University and obtained her Ph.D. In the following five years, Dr. Zhao Fei taught “Immunology” and “Research Skills” in the school, and conducted in-depth studies on the human immune system and cancer. In the course of her exploration, she was deeply impressed by the nutritional conditioning to promote good health and disease prevention, much more than seeking treatment when it was not appropriate. Guided by this concept, Dr. Zhao concocted her in-depth study of immunology and nutrition and captured the Chinese nation’s valuable knowledge of the use of herbs for more than a thousand years, thus creating a “nutrition immunology” order A new science in medicine.
