改革开放十余年来,整个国家面临着新的形势,实现了两个转变:从“以阶级斗争为纲”转向“以经济建设为中心”;从计划经济转向社会主义市场经济体制。学校党的工作要适应新的形势,必须用改革的精神,研究新情况,解决新问题,探索新经验,改进党的工作内容和方法。在工作实践中,我们体会到,如何处理好下述几方面的关系,是学校党组织面临的基本课题,也是需要认真总结的基本经验。
Since the reform and opening up, the entire country has been facing a new situation and has achieved two changes: from “taking class struggle as the key link” to “taking economic construction as the center”; and from planned economy to the socialist market economic system. In order to adapt to the new situation, the work of the school party must use the spirit of reform, study new situations, solve new problems, explore new experiences and improve the content and methods of party work. In our work practice, we realize how to handle the following relations is the basic subject that the Party organizations in schools are facing and also the basic experience that needs to be conscientiously summed up.
