Treatment of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) usually uses a combination of normal and intermediate-acting insulin in the same needle. But it is not yet clear whether the middle-acting insulin slows the absorption of normal insulin in the mixture. In vitro studies show that mixing normal insulin and intermediate-acting insulin (zinc insulin or NPH) followed by centrifugation reduces free insulin in the suspension. In vivo studies indicate that zinc insulin, if mixed with normal insulin, may reduce normal insulin absorption. However, whether or not protamine insulin affects normal insulin absorption, only one case report shows that increasing the ratio of soluble NPH to insulin from 1: 3 to 1: 1 increases plasma insulin and hypoglycemic effects. The purpose of this article is to study the bio-efficiency mermaid that biology will make
