本文研究了CPMPT15、CPMRex25两种钢中二次析出碳化物的精化规律。从理论的推导和实验的验证表明这两种钢中二次析出碳化物的粗化符合Ostwald粗化规律。粗化速度满足Lifshitz-Wagner方程,同时说明了用Speed法进行微小碳化物粒子萃取的可行性。
In this paper, the refinement rules of secondary precipitation carbides in CPMPT15 and CPMRex25 steel were studied. The theoretical derivation and experimental verification show that the coarsening of secondary precipitated carbides in both steels meets the Ostwald coarsening rule. The roughening rate satisfies the Lifshitz-Wagner equation, and also shows the feasibility of using the Speed method for the extraction of fine carbide particles.
