针对企业迫切需要开展可视化工艺设计的实际需求,以DELMIA为平台,研究了飞机产品的三维可视化装配工艺设计模式。通过对飞机制造工艺流程进行分析,将工艺信息总结为3类:产品、工艺和资源,建立产品-工艺-资源模型,用于描述产品结构、工艺设计与工艺资源的详细内容以及三者之间的内在联系。基于此模型在DELMIA软件平台上建立了产品-工艺-资源结构树,完成了三维可视化装配工艺规划和工艺仿真验证。将上述研究方法应用于某机型框组件装配工艺设计,能够更加直观、快捷的完成相关工作,满足企业需求。
In view of the urgent need of enterprises to carry out the actual demand of visual process design, the 3D visual assembly process design mode of aircraft products is studied with DELMIA as the platform. Through the analysis of aircraft manufacturing process, the process information is summarized into three categories: products, processes and resources, the establishment of product - process - resource model, used to describe the product structure, process design and process resources in detail and between the three The inner link. Based on this model, a product-process-resource tree was established on the DELMIA software platform. The 3D visual assembly process planning and process simulation were completed. Applying the above research methods to the assembly process design of a certain type of frame component can accomplish related work more intuitively and quickly and meet the needs of enterprises.
