目的 观察持续性高正加速度重复作用对大鼠颞下颌关节的影响。 方法 雄性Wistar大鼠 40只随机分成 4组 :A组为空白对照 ;B组地面固定 5 min;C组固定于离心机转臂上 ,俯卧位 ,头向轴心 ,+1GZ离心 5 m in;D组体位同 C组 ,+10 GZ离心 30 s,G增长率约 0 .5 G/s,间隔时 +1GZ离心 6 0 s,连续 5次 /d,每周 4天 ,共 3周。各组动物分别取颞下颌关节作光镜观察、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察。 结果 A组、B组和 C组未见异常 ,D组光镜观察 :髁状突和关节盘胶原纤维排列紊乱、断裂 ,可见成纤维细胞变性和细胞核分裂象 ;扫描电镜观察 :髁状突和关节盘凝胶状物质缺失 ,胶原纤维暴露断裂 ;透射电镜观察 :髁状突和关节盘胶原纤维排列紊乱 ,成纤维细胞空泡变性 ,线粒体嵴变形或消失 ,软骨细胞粗面内质网发达。 结论 高正加速度重复性暴露可导致大鼠颞下颌关节的损伤
Objective To observe the effects of repeated high positive acceleration on the temporomandibular joint in rats. Methods Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: group A was blank control; group B was fixed on the ground for 5 min; group C was fixed on centrifuge arm, prone position, head axis, centrifuged at + 1GZ for 5 min; Group D was as same as group C with centrifugation at + 10 GZ for 30 s, G at a rate of about 0.5 G / s, centrifugation at 1 GZ for 60 s at intervals of 5 consecutive days / d for 4 days per week for 3 weeks. The animals in each group were taken TMJ for light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Results There were no abnormalities in group A, group B and group C. The light microscope observation of group D showed disordered and fractured collagen fibers in the condyles and articular discs, the degeneration of fibroblasts and the mitosis. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the condyles and Transmission electron microscopy showed disordered arrangement of collagen fibers in the condyles and articular discs, degeneration of fibroblasts, deformation or disappearance of mitochondrial cristae, and development of rough endoplasmic reticulum in chondrocytes. Conclusion High positive acceleration repetitive exposure can cause the injury of temporomandibular joint in rats
