目前,我厂生产的长江750摩托车橡胶件品种多,规格齐全,批量大。根据我厂现有的设备,采用的模具结构却是移动式垂直分型和水平分型。取零件时,使用铜棒用手来撬,劳动强度大,时间长,效益低,满足不了民品生产的需要。为此,我们采用折叶式模具,较好地解决了上述问题。 两层折叶式橡胶压模的 工作情况 折叶式橡胶压模是在上下模板之间,由一对铰链和一个轴联接起来的。开模时手握上下手柄轻轻向上抬,上模板就沿着铰链轴旋转180度而翻开,装胶后再将上模板反转180度合模,然后推入压机进行硫化成型。由于添加了铰链装置,使得橡胶折叶式压模操作非常方便。解决了原来二层移动式水平分
