本文应用~3HTdR标记的方法,在小鼠经~(60)钴丙线照射900拉德后,输同种骨髓细胞观察骨髓及脾脏组织中造血的重建。在移植后3天,骨髓细胞中首先出现~3HTdR标记的淋巴样细胞,相继出现标记的幼红细胞,同时标记的幼粒细胞亦随之增多。脾脏于移植后3天,标记的淋巴样细胞也开始增多。于移植后4天、幼红及幼粒细胞开始标记。检查骨髓及脾脏组织,在移植后4天,相继出现红系及粒系细胞集落。移植后12天,骨髓及脾脏组织中充满红系、粒系及巨核等造血细胞。本文就造血细胞间关系略加讨论。
In this study, ~ 3HTdR labeling method was used to observe the remodeling of hematopoietic cells in bone marrow and spleen of allogeneic bone marrow cells after irradiated with 900 Radian of ~ (60) Co-C line. Three days after transplantation, ~ 3HTdR-labeled lymphoid cells first appeared in myeloid cells, followed by labeled erythroblasts and markedly increased myeloid cells. Spleen 3 days after transplantation, marked lymphoid cells also began to increase. Four days after transplantation, young red and promyelocytic began to be labeled. Bone marrow and spleen tissues were examined for erythroid and granulocyte colony in succession four days after transplantation. Twelve days after transplantation, bone marrow and spleen tissues were filled with hematopoietic cells such as erythroid, granulocytic and megakaryocyte. This article on the relationship between hematopoietic cells a little discussion.
