鸡腿菇为中温结实性菌类。菌丝生长阶段培养料含水量65%,空气相对湿度60%~70%。子实体生长阶段空气相对湿度要求80%~90%。覆土湿度根据土壤质地而定,一般掌握在20%~40%之间。 鸡腿菇有很强的适应性,可采用发酵料、生料或熟料栽培,但均应覆土。每年可种两季,春栽2~3月播种;秋栽8~9月播种。栽培时要注意两点:一是播种后气温不高于30℃,也不低于10℃,以利菌丝生长;二是播
