近年来,我国家出台了众多的惠农政策,并强调加强基层财政培训,大力宣讲支农惠农政策,促进其有效落实,提升基层财务管理水平。各基层单位也应认识到财政培训工作的重要性,对培训内容、方法等进行优化,不断提高培训质量及效果,构建基层财政培训长效机制。本文就基层财政培训对财政工作的重要性进行了研究分析。
In recent years, my country has promulgated a large number of benefiting-agriculture policies and has emphasized the importance of strengthening grassroots financial training, vigorously publicizing the policy of supporting agriculture and benefiting the peasants, promoting their effective implementation and upgrading the level of grassroots financial management. The grassroots units should also recognize the importance of financial training, optimize the training content and methods, continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of training, and establish a long-term mechanism for grassroots financial training. This paper analyzes the importance of grassroots financial training to financial work.
