本文用内氧化法研制出 Ag-SnO_2-In_2O_3-Li_2O 电接点材料。在仿 ASTM 电接点试验机上同 Ag-SnO_2-In_2O_3材料进行了使用性能对比试验,完满地完成了在飞机发动机火警探测器上的产品定型试验。用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)观察分析了接点表面形貌及材料微观组织特征。讨论分析了 Li_2O 及金属氧化物含量对接点材料抗电侵蚀性及抗熔焊性的影响。试验表明 Ag-SnO_2-In_2O_3-Li_2O 材料可满足高温(450℃)环境下工作的飞机发动机火警探测器的技术要求。
In this paper, Ag-SnO_2-In 2 O 3 -Li 2 O contact materials have been developed by the internal oxidation method. In the imitation ASTM electrical contact test machine with Ag-SnO_2-In 2 O 3 material performance comparison test carried out on the aircraft engine fire detector to complete the product shape test. The morphology of the contact surface and the microstructure of the material were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The effects of Li 2 O and metal oxide content on the resistance to electro-erosion and solderability of the contact materials were discussed. The experiments show that Ag-SnO_2-In 2 O 3 -Li 2 O can meet the technical requirements of aircraft engine fire detectors operating at high temperature (450 ℃).
