目的观察土贝母皂甙微囊肾动脉灌注对兔VX2移植性肾癌的治疗作用。方法复制40只兔VX2移植性肾癌模型,随机分为对照组、土贝母组、空白微囊组、土贝母皂甙微囊组。每组10只经肾动脉分别注入生理盐水3 m l、土贝母注射液0.1 mg/kg、空白微囊5.1 mg/kg、土贝母皂甙微囊5.1 mg/kg。比较各组兔的肿瘤生长情况及坏死程度和生存期。结果与其它3组比较,治疗后土贝母皂甙微囊组兔肾癌的生长受到明显抑制(体积2.42 cm3±0.24 cm3对4.93 cm3±0.86 cm3,3.2 cm3±0.28 cm3,3.14 cm3±0.25 cm3,F=48.89,P<0.001),肿瘤坏死率明显增高(88.4%±5.8%对29%±6.01%,50.6%±4.2%,46.7%±9.05%,F=43.75,P<0.001),生存时间亦明显延长(63.8 d±5.63 d对40.9 d±3.25 d,47.2 d±8.23 d,50 d±3.39 d,F=15.38,P<0.01)。结论肾动脉灌注土贝母皂甙微囊治疗兔肾VX2移植癌的效果明显优于土贝母注射液组及空白微囊组。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Trifolysin microcapsules renovascular arterial infusion on VX2 transplanted renal cell carcinoma in rabbits. Methods 40 VX2 transplanted renal cell carcinoma models were randomly divided into control group, Fritillaria thunbergii group, blank microencapsulated group and microtubule group. Ten rabbits in each group were injected with 3 ml saline, 0.1 mg / kg Fritillaria thunbergii injection, 5.1 mg / kg microcapsules and 5.1 mg / kg microcapsules respectively. Tumor growth and necrosis and survival of rabbits in each group were compared. Results Compared with the other three groups, the growth of renal carcinoma was significantly inhibited after the operation (P <0.05). The volume of 2.14 cm 3 ± 0.24 cm 3 was 4.93 cm 3 ± 0.86 cm 3, 3.2 cm 3 ± 0.28 cm 3, 3.14 cm 3 ± 0.25 cm 3, F = 48.89, P <0.001). The tumor necrosis rate was significantly higher (88.4% ± 5.8% vs. 29% ± 6.01%, 50.6% ± 4.2%, 46.7% ± 9.05%, F = 43.75, P <0.001) (63.8 d ± 5.63 d vs 40.9 d ± 3.25 d, 47.2 d ± 8.23 d, 50 d ± 3.39 d, F = 15.38, P <0.01). Conclusion Renal arterial perfusion of soil mimosa microcapsules for the treatment of rabbit renal VX2 transplanted carcinoma was significantly better than TuMaMu injection group and blank microencapsulated group.
