妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是妊娠常见的并发症,全球GDM发病率为1%~14%,我国为1%~5%[1]。近年来,GDM发病率有明显增高趋势,如得不到有效控制,易发生流产、早产、妊娠高血压疾病、感染、胎儿畸形、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征、新生儿低血糖等,严重威胁母婴健康和生命安全。营养治疗是所有类型糖尿病治疗的基础,80%的GDM孕妇通过合理饮食即能将血糖维持在正常水平,从而降低GDM并发症的发生。
