Objective: To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of vitamin K1 and tamsulosin in the treatment of neonatal coagulation disorders. Methods: From January 2010 to January 2014, 300 newborns with coagulopathy who were treated in the hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 150 cases in each group. The control group routinely supplemented with clotting factor treatment regimen, including infusion of plasma and platelet; the observation group was given vitamin K1 and parethodine in combination with the control group on the basis of 3 days for one course of treatment. Clinical symptoms improved. Results: The improvement of coagulation function in observation group after treatment was more obvious than that in control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of neonatal coagulation disorders should be based on conventional treatment combined with vitamin K1, the combination of metsulfuron and treatment of children, to improve blood coagulation, promote blood circulation and enhance platelet aggregation has an important role.
