根据《全国艾滋病检测技术规范(2004年)》、《全国艾滋病检测工作管理办法(2006年)》的要求,为了加强艾滋病检测质量管理和艾滋病筛查实验室的规范化和制度化建设,提高实验室的检测水平,2008年10月兵团组织了40家艾滋病检测筛查实验室能力验证考评工作,现将结果分析如下:
