全面系统回顾21世纪以来普通高校体育课程改革的指导思想、课程目标、教材编写以及“三自主”选课、高校体育俱乐部、体育教师专业发展等方面取得的成果与存在问题。在此基础上,进一步提出未来高校体育课程发展应继续坚持“健康第一”的指导思想;完善高校与高中体育课程目标的衔接体系;加强高校体育教材编写的监管;发展“三自主”选课的理论研究与实践探索;深入开展高校体育俱乐部活动;注重高校体育教师队伍建设等。把学生体质健康工作作为未来一段时间内高校体育教育教学工作的重点,切实发挥国家学生体质健康测试工作的监控、警示和教育功能。
Comprehensively and systematically review the achievements and existing problems in the guiding ideology, curriculum objectives, teaching materials compilation, and “three independent” course selection of university physical education curriculum reform in colleges and universities since the 21st century, the university sports clubs and the professional development of physical education teachers. On this basis, it is further proposed that the guiding ideology of “health first” should be persisted in the future development of PE curriculums in colleges and universities; the interface system of perfecting the goal of physical education curriculums in colleges and high schools; strengthening the supervision of college PE textbooks; "Course of theoretical research and practice exploration; carry out in-depth college sports club activities; pay attention to the construction of university physical education teachers. Take the students ’physical health as the focal point of physical education and teaching in colleges and universities for a period of time in the future, and give full play to the monitoring, warning and education functions of the national students’ physical health testing.
