小浪底地下厂房顶拱施工,难度大,工期紧。顶拱施工分5个开挖断面,中间3个断面超前开挖,边墙2个断面滞后,同时采用多头掘进是适合小浪底地下厂房围岩地质条件的,并具有以下优点:(1)多工作面,循环节奏快,设备利用率高;(2)缩短锚索安装占用直线工期;(3)分多块爆破,减轻对围岩振动破坏;(4)分块及时支护。在地下厂房的施工中重视合同管理,保障了工程的顺利进行。
Xiaolangdi underground arch roof construction, difficult, tight schedule. There are 5 excavation sections in the top arch construction, three sections in the middle are advanced excavation, and two sections of the side wall are lagging behind. Adopting multi-head excavation is suitable for geological conditions of the surrounding rock of Xiaolangdi underground power plant and has the following advantages: (1) Surface, rapid cycle rhythm, high equipment utilization; (2) shorten the installation of anchor cable occupies a straight line duration; (3) sub-block blasting to reduce the damage to the surrounding rock vibration; (4) block timely support. In the construction of the underground plant emphasis on contract management, to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
