民间投资包括集体投资、私营个体投 资、其他投资、联营经济中的非国有控股投资、股份制经济中非国有控股投资。近几年民间投资增长速度明显加快。2002年全国民间投资17516亿元,比上年增长22.4％,同比加快4.6个百分点,比同期国有及控股投资和外商投资(包括港澳台投资,下同)的增速分别高9.2和7.3个百分点,民间投资占全社会投资的比重达到40.3％。
