我国《汽车工业产业政策》中明确提出,到2010年,汽车工业将成为国民经济的支柱产业,并带动其它相关产业迅速发展。要实现这一宏伟目标,关键是我们必须培养一支能自主开发的汽车工业专门人才队伍,形成我国汽车工业人才特色。本文运用产学合作理论,对汽车工业产学合作人才培养方式进行了研究,提出了“311”、“3+1”、“7+1”、“611”和“5111”等产学合作教学方式,经证明是汽车工业专门人才培养的有效方式。
China’s “Industrial Policy for the Automobile Industry” made it clear that by 2010, the automobile industry will become the pillar industry of the national economy and will drive the rapid development of other related industries. The crux of achieving this ambitious goal is that we must cultivate a contingent of professionals capable of developing the automotive industry and form the characteristics of China’s automobile industry professionals. Based on the theory of industry-university cooperation, this paper studies the training methods of cooperation between industry and industry in the automobile industry and puts forward such cooperative teaching as “311”, “3 + 1”, “7 + 1”, “611” and “5111” Ways, proved to be an effective way to train specialized personnel in the automotive industry.
