报道了八齿配体N ,N ,N’ ,N’四 (2苯并咪唑甲基 ) 1,4二乙氨基乙二醚 (EGTB)的三种双核钴 (Ⅱ )配合物的合成及其红外 (IR)、紫外可见 (UVVis)光谱 ,摩尔电导 ,元素分析 ,差热热重分析等表征结果 ,并用硝基蓝四氮唑 (NBT)光照还原法证明这几种配合物均具有超氧化物歧化酶性质 ,与O-2 的反应速率常数在 10 6mol-1·L·s-1.
The synthesis of three binuclear cobalt (Ⅱ) complexes of octadentate N, N, N ’, N’ tetrakis (2-benzimidazolylmethyl) 1,4 diethylaminoethane diethylether (EGTB) IR, UV-Vis spectra, molar conductance, elemental analysis and TG-DTA were used to characterize these complexes. The results of NBT photoloreduction showed that these complexes have the characteristics of superoxide oxidation The dismutase properties, with O-2 reaction rate constant of 10 6mol-1 · L · s-1.
