为编制天津市职工住宅通用设计,天津市基本建设委员会和市建筑学会在去年联合举办了全市性的1962年职工乙级住宅通用设计方案竞赛,录取乙等奖五个,丙等奖八个,鼓励奖十个。现将入选的内外廊结合式方案作简要介绍。 这个方案是天津市建筑设计院任慧玲、高树华、杨春明三位同志设计的。它除了比较全面地满足了设计竞赛纲要提出的条件以外,还从规划着眼,力求组合体类型、层数、体型等多样化,给规划设计提供较多的
To compile the general design of Tianjin’s employee housing, the Tianjin Municipal Infrastructure Construction Committee and the Shanghai Municipal Institute of Architecture jointly organized a city-wide 1962 Employee Class B Residential Universal Design and Design Competition in the past year. It has won five Class B Awards and eight Class C Awards. Ten prizes are encouraged. A brief introduction will be given to the combined interior and exterior gallery options. This project was designed by the three comrades of Tianjin City Architectural Design Institute Ren Huiling, Gao Shuhua, and Yang Chunming. In addition to meeting the conditions outlined in the design competition outline in a comprehensive manner, it also focuses on planning, strives to diversify the type, number of layers, and body type of the assembly, and provides more for the planning and design.
