本文论述了水工建筑物内部观测值的数理统计特性及质量控制问题。推导证明了随着时间变化的不同观测值的特征值应等于一个常数的关系,从而进一步提出了求解特征值和进行质量控制的原理与方法,并从实用的观点,根据求闭合差的原理,对控制方法作了简化,同时列举了一些工程应用的实例。根据本文提出的方法,可以简便有效的控制观测值的质量,消除观测中的误差,对观测资料的正确性作出评价。
This paper discusses the mathematical statistics and the quality control of the internal observations of hydraulic structures. The derivation proves that the eigenvalues of different observed values change with time should be equal to a constant, so that the principles and methods for solving eigenvalues and quality control are further proposed. From a practical point of view, according to the principle of closing difference, The control method is simplified, and some examples of engineering applications are listed. According to the method proposed in this paper, the quality of observations can be controlled easily and effectively, errors in observation are eliminated, and the correctness of observations is evaluated.
