血管球瘤(Hemangiopericytoma)是一种少见的肿瘤。多发生在皮肤和皮下组织。少数发生于深部组织,如肌肉、骨骼等。发生于脏器内(如胃内)属极罕见。本症在我国报导不多(1.2)。现将我们见到之1例报告如下,以丰富本病资料。病例报告包姓、男、48岁、病历号 253135,X线号 62567 病理号 751774 主诉有病史:左手拇指末节肿胀、疼痛五年。五年前,无明显诱因左手拇指末节疼痛。之后发现末节指骨肿胀。疼痛呈发作
Hemangiopericytoma is a rare tumor. Occurred in the skin and subcutaneous tissue. A few occur in deep tissues such as muscles and bones. Occurrence in organs (such as stomach) is extremely rare. This disease is not reported in our country (1.2). We now report one of the cases we have seen below to enrich the disease data. The case report consists of a surname, male, 48 years old, medical record number 253135, X-ray number 62567, pathological number 751774. The chief complaint has a medical history: the distal part of his left thumb is swollen and pain is five years.
