目的 为探讨白内障超声乳化术最佳的巩膜隧道切口.方法 97例白内障用反眉形、眉形和平行三种巩膜隧道切口进行手术,并用力学原理探讨三种切日与愈合的关系.结果反眉形与眉形和反眉形与平行切口愈合的比分别为:X~2=42.29(P<0.01)和X~2=58.41(P<0.01),两组间有显著性差异.结论 反眉形比眉形及平行切口愈合快,是最佳的巩膜隧道切口.
Objective To investigate the best scleral tunnel incision for cataract phacoemulsification.Methods 97 cases of cataract were operated with three kinds of scleral tunnel incision, anti-brow, eyebrow and parallel, and the relationship between the three kinds of incision and healing was discussed by mechanics principle. The ratios of eyebrow and eyebrow and eyebrow and eyebrow healing were respectively: X ~ 2 = 42.29 (P <0.01) and X ~ 2 = 58.41 (P <0.01), with significant difference between the two groups. Eyebrow than eyebrow and parallel incision heal fast, is the best scleral tunnel incision.
