以‘八月红’ב砀山酥梨’的97株F1群体为试材,利用AFLP技术构建梨(2n=34)的分子遗传连锁图谱,共获得17个连锁群,包含209个标记位点,覆盖基因组1506.3cM,平均图距为7.21cM;用区间作图法进行梨果实可溶性固形物、单果质量、果实纵径、果实横径和纵横径比等5个性状的QTL定位,其中在LG1连锁群上定位可溶性固形物含量QTL1个;在LG6、LG7和LG11连锁群上定位单果质量QTL各1个;在LG7连锁群上定位果实横径的QTL1个;在LG6和LG7连锁群上定位果实纵径的QTL各1个;在LG1和LG8连锁群上定位果形指数的QTL各1个。各QTL位点的LOD值在2.50~4.14之间,可解释11.4%~36.4%的表型变异。
A total of 17 linkage groups including 209 marker loci were constructed using 97 F1 populations of ’August Red’ × ’Dangshan Pear’ as experimental material and AFLP technique to construct the molecular genetic linkage map of pear (2n = 34) , Covering the genome of 1506.3cM with an average distance of 7.21cM. The QTL mapping of five traits including soluble solids, single fruit mass, fruit length, fruit diameter and aspect ratio of pear fruit was performed by interval mapping. 1 QTL for locating soluble solid content on the linkage group, 1 QTL for locating fruit quality on the LG6, LG7 and LG11 linkage groups, 1 QTL mapping for the fruit diameter on the LG7 linkage group, and locating the fruit on LG6 and LG7 linkage groups One QTL for longitudinal length and one QTL for locating fruit shape index on LG1 and LG8 linkage groups respectively. The LOD value of each QTL loci ranged from 2.50 to 4.14, which explained 11.4% -36.4% phenotypic variation.
