以党的十四届六中全会《决议》为指导,联系医院实际,提出了精神文明建设是医院事业全面发展的内在要求,是医院事业健康发展的必由之路的立论;阐释了医院精神文明建设要从领导班子的思想作风建设、全院职工的业务技术建设、医务人员的职业道德建设、富有特色的医院文化建设和切实有效的规章制度建设等五个方面着手的见解,以期为医院事业健康发展提供正确的方向保证和强大的精神动力。
