经常有青年同志询问有何种物理学期刊及何者为一级刊物问题。对物理学期刊及其学术水平的关心是很自然的,因为物理学研究的成果主要通过学术论文来表述。而论文最好发表在权威的刊物上,以期得到应有的评价并发挥更大的社会效益。另一方面,不少研究或教学单位在制订提职、评奖等标准时,也往往把在“一级刊物”上发表文章的多寡作为重要条件。
There are often young comrades asking about what kind of physics journals and what is a first-level issue. It is natural to be concerned with physics journals and their academic standards, as the results of physical research are mainly expressed through academic papers. The best paper published in the authority of the publication, in order to get due evaluation and play a greater social benefits. On the other hand, quite a few research or teaching units often set the number of published articles in the “First-class Publications” as an important condition in the formulation of such criteria as promotion and awards.
