植物血凝素(PHA)皮试及体外淋转试验是检测各种疾病患者细胞免疫功能最常见的指标之一。通常认为淋转低下代表了T细胞功能缺陷或数量不足。本文则报告由人体抑制性单核细胞引起免疫低反应性的结果。
Phytohemagglutinin (PHA) skin test and in vitro lymph node test is one of the most common indicators of cellular immune function in patients with various diseases. It is commonly assumed that lean down represents a defect in T cell function or an undernumber. This article reports the results of immunoreactivity induced by human inhibitory monocytes.
