石学敏院士1938年出生于天津。1962年毕业于天津中医学院。现任天津中医学院第一附属医院名誉院长,教授、主任医师、博士生导师, 天津市授衔针灸学专家,中国针灸学会副会长,天津针灸学会会长,德国巴伐利亚州中国传统医学院第一副院长, 美洲中医学院及中医研究院名誉院长, 1999年当选为中国工程院院士。
Shi Xuemin Academician Born in Tianjin in 1938. In 1962 graduated from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Currently, he is the honorary president, professor, chief physician and doctoral supervisor of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the acupuncture expert appointed by Tianjin Municipality, the vice president of China Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society, the president of Tianjin Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society, Associate Dean, American College of Chinese Medicine and honorary president of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, in 1999 was elected academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering.
