用不同剂量的菌线威在西瓜定植和膨瓜期进行灌根试验,结果表明:每67.5m2计90株西瓜,每次用菌线威9、7、5g兑水45kg,于定植时和膨瓜初期2次灌根对枯萎病的防治效果较好,尤以每次用菌线威9g兑水45kg的处理效果最好,在连续2年重茬田中应用后,西瓜枯萎病病情指数仅为8.61,死苗率3.33%,其防治效果略低于嫁接栽培的水平,但省功、省力,且对西瓜果实无不良影响,保证了西瓜品质。
