血清及组织免疫球蛋白4(IgG4)表达水平升高是诊断自身免疫性胰腺炎(AIP)的最重要指标,其可作为临床鉴别诊断AIP与胰腺癌的指标之一。然而,临床中胰腺癌病人也可有IgG4表达水平升高。中国医科大学附属第一医院收治1例伴血清Ig G4升高及组织IgG4表达阳性的胰腺癌病人。现报告如下。1病历简介病人女性,49岁。因“上腹痛1个月,皮肤巩膜黄染10d”于2015-06-06入院。既往风湿性关节炎病史8年。入
The elevated serum and tissue immunoglobulin 4 (IgG4) expression is the most important indicator in the diagnosis of autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP), which can be used as one of the indicators of clinical diagnosis of AIP and pancreatic cancer. However, in clinical pancreatic cancer patients may also have elevated IgG4 expression. The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University admitted to a case of patients with elevated serum Ig G4 and tissue IgG4 positive pancreatic cancer patients.
